Most sittings are booked within two weeks of the integration sheet bay closing. If a watch window or a relay check run is still open, the sitting moves until those runs are closed and recorded, because we do not cut over a wall with an open question on the sheet.

A short description of the wall you already have, the systems it connects, and the watch windows you would like to schedule. A sketch or an old sheet helps, even if it is out of date, because it gives the duty team something concrete to compare against the survey in the first review round.
